dc.description.abstract The article is devoted to the study of evidence and proof in the constitutional litigation. The author conducts a comparative study of foreign and domestic legislation, which regulates the procedure for the adoption, evaluation and use of evidence in legal proceedings of various types of procedural law and, based on its results, offers its original approach to understanding the philosophical and legal meaning of the problem under study. ru_RU
