Abstract:
The employment of graduates is an essential factor for every university. It is crucial to study how
to ensure successful internships and interaction with educational institutions.
We conducted research in which we interviewed students and employers to identify which factors
contribute to successful employment and interaction.
Our study aims to determine the level of satisfaction for a detailed study and a way to analyze the
problem comprehensively. Correlations between the level of student satisfaction and their academic and
social indicators are presented.
To help young specialists realize themselves as highly appreciated professionals in the labor market
because the final product of a higher educational institution is not a graduate but an employed young
specialist.
